Built for the long haul, this compressor is stated to provided appx. 100,000 hours of service life by Gardner-Denver before air-end repair or replacement may become necessary. By that measure, compressor should provide upwards of 80,000+ hours of service with appropriate service maintenance. Service recommended every 8,000 hours. Unit was in working order when removed from service by local manufacturing plant during an equipment upgrade in 2018. We had not found a use for it, so it has sat idle outside under lentoo for 5-years. Cannot guarantee operation. If it needs some going through and provides years of service, great!
