***** Pictures show a three-axle trailer, including a flip axle, but the trailer is priced and being sold without the flip axle. The current owner doesn't have the flip axle titled in his name because in the state of Nebraska, they won't issue a title for a flip axle. As a licensed dealer, we do not want to sell the flip axle with the trailer without being able to reassign the flip axle title to a new owner properly. The current owner does not want to mail us the title to get it put into his name so we could properly reassign it and sell it to a new owner who would potentially live in a state outside of Nebraska that does require a flip axle to be titled. However, the current owner has agreed to sell the flip axle separately, directly, to the potential new owner for $10,000. It is a 2020 Fontaine Flip Axle VIN 57JM04104L3576556, a Missouri title. The front of the title shows a repossessed mark at the top, which makes sense as the bank's name shows as the owner on the front of the title. The back of the title is reassigned to the current owner with the bank's stamp and signature in the seller section. The flip axle does have a lien on it with the bank. If you wanted to buy the flip axle, you would be responsible for purchasing it separately from the current owner, paying off the lien, and all title work, risks, etc., after the trailer purchase is completed. ITAG is not selling the trailer with the flip axle included.
