UnitedBuilt Tank Kit (U-Kit) STANDARD SIZES: - 2000-2500 Gallons (single axle) - 3000-6200 Gallons (tandem axle) TANK SERIES: - Vision Tank (VT): Modern Modified Trapezoid - Conventional Tank (CT): Traditional Modified Ellipse STANDARD TANK SPECIFICATIONS: - TANK SIZE: 1500-8000 Gallons - BELLY PLATE: Full steel belly plate along bottom of 3000 gallon & larger tanks. - MATERIAL: A36 steel with minimum thickness of 3/16” - CONSTRUCTION: Full penetration welds, all seams welded 100% on both sides. - HEADS: Curved & fitted with 4” – 6” offset, welded 100% inside and out. - BAFFLE(S): Curved & fitted with 4” – 6” offset, 20” crawl hole & 6” flow holes on top, sides & bottom.
