Description: Twin Screening Plant including two Deister 5’ wide x 16’ Long Triple Deck Incline Vibrating Screens designed for wet or dry screening applications; Each screen features single crown decks; single shaft – two bearing vibrator assembly; steel coil spring suspension, 15 h.p electric motor with V-belt drive and guard, 2” diameter spray wash bars over all three decks with individual flow control valves and cleanout valves - pre-plumbed to a 6” x 8” rectangular tubing manifold for single water source hook up; steel fabricated support structure features both screens mounted side by side on steel fabricated stationary support structure with catwalks around and between screens, pant leg fed chute over screens allowing single conveyor feed point, screen discharge chutes for three decks, under screen collection hoppers, stairway access; Structure designed and built by Spaulding Equipment Company.
