TECHNICAL SALES POSITION
A Eugene based publishing company is seeking an enthusiastic technical sales person to lead the charge in selling our web-based
software products. The products are subscription-based, so if you’re the successful candidate, you’ll have recurring monthly income
as the customer base grows. You’ll start with an existing account base that has plenty of room to grow. This is a full-time,
in-house, permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- Sell web-based software products to new customers;
- Make regular contact with existing customers, ensuring our products continue to meet their needs.
Required:
- 1 to 5 years' experience with a proven track record selling software-based products;
- Dynamic, team-oriented, self-driven individual;
- Customer-centric thinking;
- Excellent phone, computer, organizational and people skills.

WEB DEVELOPER / PROGRAMMER
Eugene based mid-sized company seeks experienced Web Developer to become part of our web application development team. If you have solid
programming experience in developing large scale web applications, we would love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Plans web application development by evaluating user specifications; analyzing existing and proposed systems; creating requirements documents
including set-up, scripts, database development, and security elements; identifying constraints and technical issues; analyzing systems
development life-cycle plan.
- Develops web applications by studying existing technology architecture; analyzing browser functionality techniques; evaluating
solution alternatives; developing prototypes; building n-tier, scalable applications; programming objects, events, functions, error trapping,
data verification, interactions, and dynamic updating; designing, installing, and configuring databases; completing documentation for
systems.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in Web Programming using ASP and SQL Server.
- Experience with large, database-driven Web sites.
- Strong work ethic and sense of self-responsibility.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Team player mentality and excellent communication skills.
Specific Skills:
- Proficient with Visual Studio development environment.
- Working knowledge of ASP programming language and standards.
- Working knowledge of MS SQL Server and database design standards.
- Understanding of .NET framework and use within a web development environment.
- Ability to work within an established development processes.
