Has clear Missouri Title. What you see is what we have. We are unsure of the condition of the engine, but does spin over. Ratchet top trans seems tight, but case has a chip off case, but is easily repaired. Tins all are in good/fair condition as well as both sets of forks and wheel. Does not come with drive wheel.
