This vehicle is a 2016 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor. It is a 4 door SUV equipped with a 3.7L V6 SMPI engine. The Explorer Police Interceptor comes with All Wheel Drive (AWD) as a standard feature. As far as mechanical issues this vehicle has a slight hesitation while accelerating which can be a possible bad ignition coil or need a simple tune-up. Upon driving it sounds like the vehicle also has a bad passenger side front wheel hub bearing. The Explorer underwent a road test where creaks from the suspension were observed as well.
