Travel Trailers have been moved on multiple occasions and may have been utilized for temporary housing. In-person inspection is recommended. The logistics of removing a minimum of twenty (20) units per day should be considered prior to bidding.

Bidders and/or Contractors viewing or removing Camper Trailers must provide proof of insurance with a minimum of $250,000.00 general liability coverage.

Condition is not guaranteed. The absence of any mention of defects does not mean there are none. We strongly encourage you to inspect the item(s) before you bid.

• No assistance, manpower, or equipment is onsite. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to provide all necessary equipment, tools, and labor needed for removal. On-site repairs and/or removal of parts will not be allowed under any circumstances.

• Property is located on medium-soft ground with wet grass. Researching the feasibility of qualified, professional transport, prior to bidding, is highly recommended. Four-wheel drive capability may be needed.

• All items must be paid for within five (5) business days from the time and date of the issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. All purchased items must be removed within fifteen (15) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate, or the buyer will be in default of the auction terms, and their account WILL BE LOCKED. Buyer must sign and email Bill Of Sale to the asset contact (Richard Cassagne) PRIOR TO PICKUP!

• Any claim or dispute arising from the description of the subject property must be made prior to removal of the property. Once items are removed from their location, the sale is final.
