SnowEx is bringing its revolutionary HELIXX material delivery system to a new 0.35 cubic yard stainless steel spreader developed specifically to fit UTVs and compact trucks. The HELIXX 0.35 cubic yard offers many of the same features found on SnowEx’s larger stainless steel hopper models.

The advanced corkscrew, or “helix,” design of the HELIXX spreader is designed to help prevent clogs and outperform the material flow of traditional augers. Bobcat is expanding its compact tractor attachment offering with the new front-mount snowblower. The front-mount snowblower – available in 49-inch and 62-inch widths – is positioned in front of the machine, rather than behind on a 3-point hitch. The front-mounted attachment provides customers a more comfortable way to clear snow around acreages or barns as they do not need to turn around in their seat to monitor the performance of the attachment.

There is a trend emerging as well as a heated debate to go along with it.  People on either side argue the pros and cons, with more and more deciding to replace trommel screens of any size or opt instead to purchase more mobile attachments, namely, the FlipScreen.

The conversation ultimately comes down to costs. Which costs more and which will provide greater profits. There are, however, many more points, that certainly warrant mentioning.

The Liebherr-France SAS development and production site launches a new machine on the global market: As a successor to the R 944 C, the R 940 Demolition complements the product range, which already includes the R 950 Demolition and the R 960 Demolition.

The Liebherr engine, which complies with exhaust emissions standard Stage V, reaches an output of 200 kW, features a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC), SCR system, particulate filter and does not have an EGR valve, thus ensuring lower fuel consumption and higher productivity. This machine is also available in a Tier 4 Final version, as well as for less regulated markets with a corresponding engine.

Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company’s Rivers and Lakes Division was faced with sediment-filled ditches and pockets of connecting standing water on a large dredging project in Argenta, Illinois. The contractor wanted to consider a new and more efficient approach than the traditional bucket. A unique attachment called the Ditch Doctor turned out the be the right fit.

DLG International and VNU Asia Pacific are postponing AGRITECHNICA ASIA and Horti ASIA, which were scheduled to take place at BITEC, Bangkok, in October 2020. The uncertain travel entry regulations for Thailand have led organizers to the conclusion that it will not be possible to organize AGRITECHNICA ASIA and Horti ASIA in a form that is appropriate for such leading international trade fairs for exhibitors and visitors this year. The new dates for the exhibitions are 27th to 29th May 2021.
