1965 4-Wheel Drive International S1800

We are selling this truck it was recently inspected by Perkins Pumps, and the following issues were found with the pump. 
1) The pump is over speeding; there is no data plate on the pump panel
to go by. I had a hard time getting it up to the 150psi for the
capacity. once I got it, I was at 1995 rpms. 

2) The lower right discharge has a hole in the piping.

3)The pump gearbox (pump transmission) has a bearing,or bearings making
noise and a vibration while pumping.

4) Master pressure gauge is not working right.

5) Number 2 discharge was leaking before I opened it.

6) The truck and pump are 41 years old.

There are no parts available for this Hale pump. We would have to make
parts for it. It is my professional opinion that this Hose Truck be
placed out of service for good.
