We have three keys for the vehicle: one ignition key and two additional keys presumed to fit other locks on the vehicle.
Title for this vehicle is clear, but not in our possession. We will complete a bill of sale, application for lost title, and statement of facts. We will provide Court documents.
Registration expired in 02/2025. California DMV fees were estimated at $378 by way of their online tool and this amount was considered in pricing.

This vehicle can be released to the winning bidder or their authorized agent. Buyer will need to present photo ID and complete paperwork before release of vehicle. Vehicle is in a location easily accessible to a tow trailer, flatbed tow, or small hauler.
Updated Information: this vehicle incurred damage while parked. This was the cause for it's being removed from auction. Our specialty appraiser did an updated "Immediate Diminished Value Report" with an opinion on the change in value. That report is attached and the photos have been updated.
The buyer is
responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to
packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Removal is by appointment only.
All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from
auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description.
