Condition: – Both the tractor and scraper are operational. The scraper bowl is straight and shows no signs of warping. The elevator flights are in good condition. – There are fluid leaks present, with the most noticeable coming from the engine area and front brakes.
Ejection Operation: The ejection process is a two-stage operation. First, the entire front floor—including the cutting edge—retracts rearward on externally mounted rollers to about the midpoint of the bowl. This allows a significant portion of the load to drop out. Next, the ejector blade pushes the remaining material out through the enlarged opening. The retracted cutting edge acts as a strike-off or leveling plate during this phase. When returning to the cut position, the sliding floor is secured in place by a hydraulic lock.
