Pickup and Transportation
All vehicles must be towed or transported from the lot. Drive-away removals are not permitted.
The winning bidder may arrange their own transportation or request a shipping quote through us. Nationwide shipping is available at an additional cost, paid by the buyer.
Asset Removal
The vehicle must be removed within 10 business days after the auction closes.
A storage fee of $95 per day will apply to vehicles not removed within the permitted timeframe.
Payment Terms
Payment must be submitted within 5 business days after the auction closes.
Failure to submit payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the sale, suspension of the buyer's GovDeals account, and referral to a collection agency. Additional fees may apply.
