1987 John Deere 770BH Motor grader.

Runs and starts good, transmission is good, has a 12 foot moldboard with side shift and tilt.
Brakes are good.
New batteries in October 2025.
Hydraulics all work as they should, there are some cylinders and hoses with some minor leaks that is normal for a machine of this age.
Machine is equipped with AC and heat but working condition is unknown.
All glass in cab is in good shape.
Right hand door latch is broken.
Machine is sold with a 10 Ft. V-plow mounted on the scarifier.
Elkhorn Township is the second owner, the machine was purchased in the late 1990's and has been stored under roof the entire time.
Majority of the hours were put on the machine by the first owner.
Front tires are at around 20% and the rears at 55%.
The reason for selling is the current Road Commissioner has no desire to use the machine and the money from the sale could be used for other upgrades.
