EQUIPMENT TITLE TRANSFER The successful bidder must be 18 years of age shall be responsible for all cost incurred for title transfer as may be required if any. All equipment offered for sale within this contract is currently owned and maintained by West Donegal Township, Lancaster County Pennsylvania
Equipment is offered for sale "AS IS WITH NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES" the successful bidder, upon making payment and taking ownership, shall be responsible for removal and all cost incurred for removal of said equipment. Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the equipment. Delivery is not available. West Donegal Township is not responsible for equipment once it has left the Township property. In the event the successful bidder is unable to schedule removal of equipment at time of purchase, special exceptions must be agreed upon.
