Truck has new turbo, exhaust manifold and fuel tank on the driver side. Vehicle currently will not pass PA State inspection; however, the truck ran and drove when parked. Truck contains rust throughout the frame, has a cracked top frame rail, and rear brakes are currently locked from sitting without use. Truck is being sold without a body.
