comment 1	The machine starts and runs. Gages don’t work at this time. The sheet metal has some dents in different places, been welded on in a few places, has play in all the pins, bushings, and mounts, and possibly the equalizer bar.
comment 2	Blade has some dents and a hole in it. The hoses are cracking, I don’t see any major leaks on top of the engine,
comment 3	Something is wet on the under-side. Hour meter is from the PSR.
