Buyer acknowledges the vehicle may carry a Salvage, Rebuilt Salvage, or other branded title. Buyer further acknowledges that certain vehicles may require inspection by the Ohio State Highway Patrol or other authorities before an Ohio title may be issued. Buyer assumes all responsibility for inspections, title transfer, repairs, and compliance with Ohio BMV or any other jurisdiction.
THE VEHICLE IS SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Seller disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Buyer assumes all risks of ownership, possession, transport, operation, repair, and resale, whether known or unknown
Buyer releases, waives, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising before or after the sale.
Once possession transfers, the Seller has no further responsibility or liability of any kind, including title, registration, taxes, citations, accidents, or repairs.
Buyer is solely responsible for all taxes, title fees, transfer fees, inspection costs, and government charges.
