This 2008 international 7400 is sold strictly AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with ALL FAULTS.

• Current Status: The engine starts and runs. The transmission shifted through all gears during transport to our northwest Ohio storage location. However, this is the full extent of our testing. No extended road tests, mechanical diagnostics, or structural inspections have been performed. Debris currently in the utility bed is included with the asset and will not be cleared prior to removal.
• No Post-Sale Guarantees: The seller makes no warranties regarding the long-term functionality of the engine, transmission, brakes, or frame. Components may have hidden wear, rust, or defects. Once the auction closes, all sales are final with no refunds, credits, or price adjustments.
• Time of Transport & Removal Liability: Upon signing for the vehicle at the time of transport, the buyer assumes 100% liability, ownership, and responsibility for the asset. If you choose to drive it off the lot rather than trailering it, you do so entirely at your own risk.
• Zero Abandonment: The entire truck must leave the premises at the time of transport. The buyer cannot harvest parts and leave the remaining shell or any components behind on the property. Anything left behind will be considered abandoned and forfeited.
