The buyer is responsible for complying with all applicable state requirements for inspection, rebuilding, registration, and titling. The vehicle may require a rebuilt title and applicable inspections before it can be legally operated on public roads. The salvage certificate is just how we obtain ownership of impounded vehicles. It does not automatically mean it was in an accident or even damaged.

No guarantees are made regarding future mechanical reliability, hybrid battery condition, or roadworthiness. Buyer is responsible for transportation and removal of the vehicle.
