Title will be mailed to the address listed on the GovDeals profile after being assigned by our local title agency into the buyer’s name. We do not release open titles.
Proof of insurance is required if the vehicle will be driven off the lot at the time of pickup. The vehicle being purchased must be listed on your active insurance policy—we will not accept proof of insurance for a different vehicle. If proper proof of insurance is not provided, the vehicle will not be permitted to be driven off the property and must be towed off the lot by either us or a transport service of your choice.
