2012 McCloskey 628RE Screening Plant

2012 McCloskey 628RE static tandem axle portable trommel colorizer. Powered by a 174 HP Caterpillar diesel engine, this unit is equipped with a 6' x 28' trommel drum (no screens installed), a colorant system with a Bredel SPX25 pump, and a PowerFlex 40 digital dye pump control panel (replaced February 2025). Features include variable speed feed control, a folding discharge conveyor, (4) hydraulic stabilizers and 315/80R22.5 tires. The SPX25 dye pump controller was also replaced in February 2025, and the unit was set up at 300 yards per hour. Operational videos are available upon request.
