Pickup and removal: Because we do not issue temporary tags, the vehicle cannot legally be driven on public roads until you register it — driving an un-tagged, unregistered vehicle in Georgia is a misdemeanor and the vehicle may be impounded. For that reason, every vehicle must be towed or trailered from the holding facility. No exceptions. The buyer is responsible for all loading, unloading, and equipment needed for removal.
Winning bidders will be contacted to schedule pickup by appointment, [Monday through Friday only — no weekend pickups]. Once you have won the vehicle and signed the release, you must remove it by the date shown on the release/load-out form.
