Vehicle runs and drives. Has keys. Vehicle was left abandon at tow yard after being towed by local police. Vehicle has a rebuilt salvage title. Title is salvage rebuilt because Maryland doesn’t allow tow companies to get cleaned titles after vehicles is left abandon. Vehicle already been thru Md State Salvage Inspection.
