Storage fee: $10 per day after the 10-day pickup period.

Open titles cannot be issued.
Title must be issued in the name of the winning Buyer only.
Seller will not issue replacement titles.
If someone other than the Buyer listed on the Bill of Sale picks up the vehicle, additional paperwork is required along with the Bill of Sale.
