OUR LOT CANNOT BE BLOCKED DURING LOADING. No repairs are allowed on the property without approval from a lot manager.

All Ohio residents are required to pay sales tax based on the address listed on their driver’s license. If your current address does not match your license, this must be corrected with the State—not us. We strictly use the address on your license and will not make exceptions for alternate addresses under any circumstances. Sales tax will be collected at the time of vehicle pickup. No taxes will be collected for out-of-state buyers.
We accept cash or check. Please note, if a check is returned or does not clear, all paperwork will be held until the balance is paid in full.
Title will be mailed to the address listed on the GovDeals profile after being assigned by our local title agency into the buyer’s name. We do not release open titles. Please note there is currently a paperwork error being corrected by the State, which may delay title processing into the buyer’s name by approximately one additional week.
Proof of insurance is required if the vehicle will be driven off the lot at the time of pickup. The vehicle being purchased must be listed on your active insurance policy—we will not accept proof of insurance for a different vehicle. If proper proof of insurance is not provided, the vehicle will not be permitted to be driven off the property and must be towed off the lot by either us or a transport service of your choice.
