Removal and Shipping
No plates or temporary tags are issued, so the vehicle must be towed or transported from the lot. Drive-away removal is not permitted. Nationwide shipping is available through us for an extra cost, or the buyer can arrange their own.
The vehicle must be removed within 10 business days of auction close. Late removal is charged $95 per day storage.
Payment
Payment is due within 5 business days of auction close. Non-payment may lead to cancellation of the sale, suspension of your GovDeals account, and referral to a collection agency, which may add fees.
Title and Documents
The title can take up to 30 days to process and reach the winning bidder. We do not issue temporary tags or registration. Buyers handle all paperwork for transport and registration.
