2016 Mahindra Max 24 with 60-inch mower and loader

This 4 wheel drive 2016 Mahindra Max24 was exclusively used in our municipal park for maintaining baseball infields and some grass cutting. It is equipped with a 24 HP diesel engine, hydrostatic transmission with both rear and mid PTO. It comes with a front loader, and a 60 inch mid mount mower. There is currently 1268 Hr. on its meter, and the tractor shows normal age related wear. Maintenance has been regularly performed, and factory manuals are included for reference. This unit is fully serviced and ready for immediate use. The tractor is being sold by the Township as part of a scheduled replacement cycle. This unit is sold on an as is/ where is basis with no written or implied warranties.  This tractor can be inspected Monday thru Friday from 7:00am-3:00PM.  Contact Dan Nock at 724-625-1636x131 to schedule a time. The sale of this tractor is scheduled to be approved at the Board of Supervisors meeting on May 4, 2026. However the board reserves the right to reject the bids at their discretion. The machine must be picked up within 10 business days of notification from the Township of Pine that the winning bid was accepted by the Board of Supervisors. Pick up of item can only be scheduled after the Township of Pine's board meeting on May 4, 2026.
