Van started with a jump. Heat blows hot, AC blows cold. Wheelchair lift is not functional and sell does not know why. No obvious observable mechanical issues when driving a short distance at low speed on seller's lot. There may be additional scratches, decal residue, holes, or loose paneling not pictured, where company hardware has been removed.
