Rock Systems 504-36500 Conveyor

Rock Systems 36” Wide x 500’ Long Overland Conveyor complete as follows:

a) Head terminal includes 60 h.p. TEFC electric motor; Dodge TA7315H15 shaft mount speed reducer with internal backstop; v-belt drive and drive guard; 20” diameter rubber lagged head pulley mounted on 4-7/16” diameter 1045TGP shafting and Dodge Type “E” pillow block bearings; 12” diameter rubber lagged snub pulley mounted on 2-151/6” diameter 1045 TGP shafting and Dodge SCM pillow block bearings; snub pulley guard; area guarding; discharge hood with AR liner, Flexco Rockline belt scraper; skid mounted support structure.

b) Scissor style gravity take-up assembly includes 16” diameter rubber lagged bend pulleys mounted on 3-7/16” diameter 1045TGP shafting and Dodge SCM pillow block bearings; 16” diameter gravity take-up pulley mounted on 3-7/16” diameter 1045TGP shafting and Dodge SCM pillow block bearings; gravity take-up weight box; nip guards.

c) Tail terminal includes 18” diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on 3-7/16” diameter 1045TGP shafting and Dodge SCM pillow block bearings; 6’-4” long rock box receiving hopper with skirtboards and adjustable rubber flashing; tail terminal guards; skid mounted support structure.

d) Intermediate conveyor frames 20’ long constructed of 8” deep formed channel with bolt in cross bracing and skid support legs

e) CEMA “C” troughing idlers 20 degree with 5” diameter steel rolls mounted on close centers at the load point and one at the head pulley; CEMA “C” troughing idlers 35 degree with 5” diameter steel rolls mounted on 4’ centers; CEMA “C” return idlers with 5” diameter steel rolls mounted on 10’ centers.

f) Conveyor belting, 3 ply, with 3/16” top rubber cover and 1/16” bottom rubber cover, 330# working tension, excludes belt splice.

g) Electric motor control panel with main disconnect and soft starter.
