2020 BERGMANN C912S Crawler Carrier

The 2020 Bergmann C912S is a high-capacity tracked dumper engineered for demanding earthmoving, pipeline construction, mining, tunneling, environmental remediation, and large-scale infrastructure projects. Designed and manufactured in Germany, the C912S combines the payload capabilities of a conventional articulated dump truck with the superior flotation and traction of a crawler undercarriage. Its low ground pressure, hydrostatic drive system, and heavy-duty dump body make it particularly effective in soft, muddy, sandy, or environmentally sensitive terrain where wheeled haul trucks may struggle to operate efficiently. At the heart of the C912S is a powerful Cummins QSB6.7 six-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine producing approximately 241 horsepower (180–186 kW). The engine meets modern emissions standards while delivering the torque necessary for hauling heavy loads across challenging terrain. The machine utilizes dual hydrostatic drive systems that provide continuous power to both tracks, ensuring excellent traction, smooth operation, and precise control regardless of ground conditions.
