2020 Ford Explorer

Up for auction is a retired, patrol vehicle, black 2020 police interceptor SUV. The vehicle was recently inspected and passed State Inspection, however due to fuel system maintenance (probably fuel pump replacement) the vehicle would not pass emissions. Since the vehicle check engine light is on, and wont currently pass emission, the inspection station is unable to affix the safety sticker to the windshield. There is a temp yellow sticker, on the back of the current inspection sticker, that indicates it did pass, but until the emission issue is addressed the safety sticker can not be displayed. The front tires measure 7/32 and the rear tires measure 10/32. The front brakes are 5B and the rear brakes are 8B. The vehicle has been stripped off all its emergency equipment and decals removed. The vehicle outside looks like new and runs good, (no rust) other than check engine light on, which is fuel maintenance related. 
The current odometer is little over 94,300. 
The center console is missing and there is a hole in the console, below the radio, from radio and related mounted equipment. A center console would be needed and the other wiring could be removed or coiled up. The original equipment is in working order (radio, A/C, fan, etc,) and there are no known issues with the motor or transmission. 
The oil is still good and not required to be changed until 95,900.
