The hydraulic direct drive with alternator powers electric drive meters for precise seed delivery, reduced maintenance, and variable-rate capability. An automatic hydraulic down pressure system works in conjunction with hydraulic wing downforce to maintain consistent seed depth and ground contact, ensuring uniform emergence even in changing field conditions. The two-stage closing system with in-cab control allows for fine-tuned seedbed finishing directly from the operator’s seat, while float NT residue managers with in-cab adjustment maintain a clean, consistent seed zone across heavy residue environments.
