2025 Rock Systems 102-A Conveyor

Rock Systems Model 102-A Dozer Trap, 9’-0” wide x 18’ long complete as follows:

a) Dozer trap skeletal framework constructed of rectangle and square tubing with reinforcing and 1/4” thick plate skin.

b) 3’ wide x 4’ long top hopper opening; hopper constructed of 1/4” thick steel plate with 1/4” thick AR400 liners.

c) Manual slide gate.

d) Vertical bulkhead 4’ high positioned on top of the enclosure (side bulkheads not included).

e) 30” wide x 6’ long roller belt feeder with 7.5 HP C Face premium efficient electric motor; Nord gearbox; 12” diameter rubber lagged head pulley mounted on 2-15/16” diameter 1045TGP shafting; 12” self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on 2-7/16” diameter 1045TGP shafting; screw take-up assemblies; Dodge SCM pillow block bearings; nip guards and tail terminal guard; CEMA C flat belt idlers mounted on 7" centers; 3 ply belting with 3/16” x 1/16” rubber covers vulancized endless; full length skirtboards with 3/4” x 6” skirtboard rubber; Flexco Rockline belt scraper. Belt speed setup for 66 feet per minute.

f) One finish coat polyurethane gray paint for all equipment and one finish coat polyurethane safety yellow paint for the guarding.
