2025 Rock Systems 501-3660 Conveyor

Rock Systems 36” wide x 60’ long stationary transfer conveyor complete as follows:

a) Head terminal includes 20 h.p. TEFC electric motor; shaft mount speed reducer with internal backstop; v-belt drive and drive guard; 14” diameter rubber lagged head pulley mounted on 2-15/16” diameter 1045TGP shafting with Dodge SCM pillow block bearings; head pulley nip guards; Flexco Rockline belt scraper.

b) Tail terminal includes 14” diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on 2-7/16” diameter 1045TGP shafting with Dodge SCM pillow block bearings; screw take-up assemblies; tail terminal guard.

c) Standard 5’ long receiving hopper with skirtboards, rubber flashing and bolt-on wing attachments.

d) Stackable conveyor frame constructed of 10” channel iron with 2” square tube reinforcement making a rigid framework.

e) Conveyor belting, 3 ply, with 3/16” top rubber cover and 1/16” bottom rubber cover; Flexco 140 mechanical belt splice.

f) CEMA “C” troughing idlers 20 degree with 5” diameter steel rolls mounted on close centers at the load point and one at the head pulley; CEMA “C” troughing idlers 35 degree with 5” diameter steel rolls mounted on 4’ centers; CEMA “C” return idlers with 5” diameter steel rolls mounted on 10’ centers.

g) Steel fabricated, adjustable height, V style support legs to setup the conveyor from 5 to 18 degrees.

h) One finish coat polyurethane gray paint for all equipment and one finish coat polyurethane safety yellow paint for the guarding.

i) Electric motor control panel mounted on the conveyor and wired into the electric motor.
