Rock Systems Portable Pugmill Plant, Model 802-RSI complete as follows:

a. 36" wide x 33’ long pugmill feed conveyor with 15 h.p. electric motor, Nord SK 9042.1AZBHKR - 250TC helical bevel gearbox with backstop; 14" diameter rubber lagged head pulley; 12" diameter self-cleaning tail pulley; screw take-up assemblies; tail terminal guard; PPI CEMA "C" troughing and return idlers with 5" diameter rolls; 3 ply conveyor belting; Flexco Rockline belt scraper.

b. Pugmill Systems timed twin shaft pugmill mixer model 750BT with dual 50 Hp electric motor drives, timing gears, liquid additive spray bar, access covers on pugmill, reversible hi-chrome paddle tips, contour AR liners.

c. Portable trailer with single axle chassis and dual 11 x 22.5 tires, air brakes, king pin, rear lighting, mud flaps and blocking pads; pugmill discharge chute; walkway with handrails on both sides of pugmill with access ladders.

d. One finish coat polyurethane gray paint for all equipment and one finish coat polyurethane safety yellow paint for the guarding.

e. Electric motor control panel with fixed speed starters for all above electric motors pre-wired to each electric motor.
