Bobcat 743 Track Skid Steer

Selling a Bobcat 743 skid steer. The year is currently unknown. Unit includes bucket as shown in photos.
This skid steer is not currently running. It will try to start, but does not start and run at this time. The City had a rebuilt motor installed a number of years ago, and the machine ran well after the motor was installed. However, it sat for several months through the winter and now will not start. The cause of the no-start issue has not been fully diagnosed.
This machine has been used as a municipal/public works skid steer and shows wear consistent with age and work use, including rust, faded paint, worn areas, and general cosmetic wear. Bidders should inspect the machine and satisfy themselves as to the overall condition before bidding.
we believe it could be between a 1987-1991 skid steer but are not sure.  Serial number is 501946887
