Condition: Fair This lot consists of one (1) Caterpillar (CAT) 14G motor grader. The grader has been marked in fair condition. The unit starts and drives but requires repairs. Known repair needs, inspection observations, and identification-plate information are documented below. Prior work history is available in the document section of this listing. Condition & Operational Observations: Engine: Starts. Movement: Drives. Accumulator: Observed moving up and down. Cab blower motor: Operates; fans inside the cab run. Indicators: Operate. Wipers: Operate. Right-Side Cab Door: Does not seal completely; light is visible through a corner when closed. The door does not easily release from its locked-open position and requires some force to release. Hour Meter: Reads 17,971.5 hours. Heater: Reported functional by the prior user. During inspection, the heater did not produce warmth when tested using battery power with the engine off. Its functionality while the engine is running has not been verified. Lighting: Other lights were not tested. Side Mirrors: Damage to both side mirror trims. The observations above do not constitute a comprehensive operational or mechanical inspection.
