The FIORI DF90 Dumper is a high-capacity, hydrostatic 4x4 site dumper engineered for demanding earthmoving, construction, mining support, and infrastructure projects. Designed for exceptional maneuverability and productivity, the DF90 features permanent four-wheel drive, four-wheel steering, and a 180-degree rotating dump body, allowing operators to unload materials precisely on either side or to the rear without repositioning the machine. Powered by a reliable diesel engine producing approximately 74 hp (55.4 kW) in Stage V configuration, the DF90 delivers smooth hydrostatic performance, excellent traction, and dependable power under heavy loads. Its hydrostatic transmission provides precise speed control and effortless operation across rough terrain, while the oscillating front axle maintains tire contact for superior stability and traction on uneven ground. The dumper offers an impressive 9,000 kg (19,840 lb) payload capacity, making it ideal for transporting soil, rock, gravel, sand, demolition debris, and other bulk materials. The heavy-duty dump body provides approximately 3.8 m³ struck capacity and 5.2 m³ SAE heaped capacity, with dual hydraulic lift cylinders ensuring fast, controlled dumping performance. Its unique swivel skip rotates over 180 degrees, enabling trilateral unloading for maximum flexibility in confined work areas. Operator comfort and safety are central to the DF90's design. The spacious ROPS/FOPS Level II certified cab provides excellent visibility, ergonomic controls, and a reversible driving system that allows the operator to maintain optimal forward visibility regardless of travel direction. The four-wheel steering system offers selectable steering modes—including front-wheel steer, four-wheel steer, and crab steer—delivering exceptional maneuverability in tight spaces and around obstacles.
