Fiori DF100 Dumper

The Fiori DF100 is a heavy-duty 4x4 articulated site dumper designed for demanding off-road material transport applications. It is built for construction sites, quarries, mining support, earthmoving, road building, and industrial projects where maneuverability, payload capacity, and operation on rough terrain are critical. The DF100 features a compact but powerful design with four-wheel drive, excellent traction, and high ground clearance, allowing it to work efficiently in muddy, uneven, and steep jobsite conditions where traditional trucks may struggle. Its swivel dump body design provides additional flexibility by allowing material placement in confined areas and along narrow work zones. The Fiori DF100 is powered by a Kohler KDI 3404 diesel engine producing approximately 122 horsepower (91 kW), providing the power needed for hauling heavy loads while maintaining fuel efficiency and reliability. The DF100 is equipped with a 10,000 kg (22,046 lb) payload capacity, making it ideal for transporting large quantities of soil, gravel, sand, rock, demolition debris, and other bulk materials around construction sites. The dump body offers approximately 5.2 m³ (6.8 yd³) heaped capacity, maximizing productivity with fewer trips. A key feature of the Fiori DF100 is its swivel dump body, which allows the operator to rotate the bed for more precise unloading. This feature improves productivity in restricted areas where straight-line dumping is not possible and reduces the need for repositioning the machine.
