These buildings come in two sizes: 24' x 31' and 24' x 65'.
Potential Buyers are encouraged to inspect the buildings before bidding by scheduling an inspection.
Any building purchased from Lafayette Parish School Board (LPSS) must be moved off of LPSS property prior to re-selling the building.
The Contents may or may not be included .Background items may have been captured in photographs but are NOT included unless named in listing.
Buildings will be sold “as is, and where is”, with the exception of window unit A/C units. Wall pack A/C units will remain.
Aluminum ramps and steps are not part of the building and will not be sold with the building.
Buildings are to be considered as individual and complete units for the purposes of the online auction.
