a) 5’-1” x 8’-8” hopper opening constructed of 1/4” thick steel plate with reinforcing; struck hopper capacity 5.3 cubic yards (7.2 tons of material weighing 100 lbs/cu. foot).

b) Removable pipe grizzly with nominal 6” spacing.

c) Adjustable discharge gate with hand crank to control material flow.

d) Walkway on both sides of the grizzly with removable handrails.

e) Fabricated steel support structure with heavy duty structural beams and 1/4” thick plate steel enclosure.

f) 42” wide x 22’ long heavy duty discharge conveyor with 25 h.p. electric motor, shaft mount speed reducer with internal backstop, v-belt drive and drive guard, 18” rubber lagged head pulley mounted on 3-7/16” SCM pillow block bearings, 10” snub pulley mounted on 2-7/16” SCM pillow block bearings, snub pulley guard, 16” self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on 2-15/16” SCM pillow block with screw take-up assemblies, skirtboards with 3/4” x 6” adjustable rubber flashing at hopper, tail terminal guard and skirtboard nip guards, Flexco Rockline belt scraper, vulcanized endless 3 ply conveyor belting with 3/16” x 1/16” rubber covers, CEMA “C” 20 degree idlers with 5” rolls mounted on close centers at load point, CEMA “C” 35 degree idlers with 5” rolls mounted on 4’ centers thereafter, CEMA “C” return idlers with 5” rolls and return idler guards. Belt speed setup for 250 feet per minute.

g) Fabricated steel wing walls.

h) One finish coat polyurethane gray paint for all equipment and one finish coat polyurethane safety yellow paint for the guarding.

i) Includes a fixed speed electric motor control panel mounted on a skid structure.
