Wisconsin VH65D Engine

Wisconsin V465D Engine. Turns full 360 degrees. Shows good compression, 95% complete. Missing the hose from carb to air cleaner, missing the pre-cleaner on air filter, looks like the oil filter has been removed as is the oil. Maybe the coil is missing. Has PTO. Very Nice engine. Sold as a core, although I have had customers just change plugs, fuel filters and start. This is a good looking engine. It was marked as a runner by my supplier, but I have not tried starting it and will not start it. 12 volt electrics. Buyers pays shipping from 31730. We box this engine in an IBC tote with the top cut off. Its the easiest way to ship it plus get a good rate because its considered boxed.
