Most guards and safety devices were removed or bypassed during operation, loadcells (potentially 7 of these) need to be replaced and the cleaning system does not work. We will have to dig through records to get hours of service and yardage if we want to provide this. The plant does have a new motor on mixer and the mixer wear parts were just rebuilt.
