The is a hammer mill grinding line. Starting hopper is a pneumatic shaker table that feeds material onto the conveyor in a controlled manner. The conveyor brings the material into the hopper of the grinder. The grinder is a 60 horse, 2420 vertical grinder. We also have a complete extra set of teeth, balanced and ready to be installed when the time comes. The final hopper uses an auger to move the material out and its currently set up to feed into a super sack tote held up by a forklift. This system is in great shape and ready to go to work. All electrical switches and panels required to run the equipment. This system will require an airlock and dust collection system to run optimally. It was originally installed to grind coco coir blocks here in Oregon. Note that this type of system will require a 3 phase industrial electrical system rated at 230 volt at 400-600+ amps or 460 volt at 200-300+ amps. Note that the WSM 2420 machine is a standard model that is very useful in many types of grinding applications. This system was tested and inspected by a third party electrical company prior to disassembly.
