This used 1999 Caterpillar 416C IT is a 7-ton-class backhoe loader with no DPF or DEF, for utility work, trenching, and site prep. The C-Series backhoe has a large-diameter boom cylinder and a redesigned boom structure for added lift capacity. Hydraulics on this loader backhoe are a load-sensing, closed-center system with a variable-flow axial piston pump. System pressure is 3,000 psi. Cat XT hoses are used on the high-pressure circuits.
