2001 Komatsu D155AX-5 Dozer

The Komatsu D155AX-5 is a heavy-duty, track-driven bulldozer designed for demanding earthmoving, land clearing, site preparation, road construction, and large-scale grading. The D155AX-5 is equipped with a Komatsu SA6D140E-3 diesel engine designed to provide sustained power for pushing heavy material. The powershift transmission supports changes in direction and travel speed during earthmoving. The hydrostatic steering system allows controlled turns and counter-rotation, helping the operator maneuver in confined work areas. The Komatsu D155AX-5 is suited to large-scale earthmoving work, including: Clearing land and pushing brush or vegetation after appropriate preparation. Road and highway construction. Building and leveling large construction sites. Moving large volumes of soil. Preparing ground for commercial or industrial developments. Working in quarries, mines, and other heavy-duty earthmoving environments. Its combination of engine power, operating weight, crawler traction, and large blade capacity makes it a production-class dozer rather than a small finish-grading machine.
