2007 JCB 4CX Backhoe

No Brakes, rear wheels are slightly turned and will not steer in any of the steering selections, no power to the tachometer (hour meter flickers on/off shows 6300 metered hours), extendable stick, 24” backhoe bucket, hydraulic boom swing, 92” loader bucket, windshield is cracked, hydraulic leak by the bucket tilt cylinder on the right, two new tires and a new battery, runs and drives but has no brakes or rear steering and needs work/repair
