This conveyor was new in 2008. As noted in all of our ads, it’s “Damaged”. It tipped over in a wind storrm. The truss frame and undercarriage require steel fabrication repairs. There are no trough idlers, and no rubber conveyor belting. That said, the low price takes all of this into full consideration. This conveyor sells new for +/- $300,000. If your company has the time and is willing to invest in the necessary repairs and components, your total costs should represent a smart overall investment for this high volume, heavy duty conveyor.
A 42” wide bulk aggregate conveyor belt is capable of +/- 1500 tons per hour with 35-degree trough idlers running at 350 feet per minute. A 150’ long conveyor set at the industry standard 18 degree incline has a discharge height of 51 feet. It will stockpile 12,600 tons in a fixed conical pile, or 51,500 tons in a 90-degree circular stockpile.
