This equipment was developed to meet the needs of the modern concrete producer, who seeks to reduce costs. Its mobility allows for quick relocation from one site to another while maintaining all necessary components, thereby improving efficiency in setup and dismantling times.
• AGGREGATE BATCHER
Two cumulative aggregate scales, each with a 25-ton capacity hopper, with pneumatic gates.
• MIXER TRUCK LOADING BELT CONVEYOR
30” wide aggregate conveyor belt with a 15 HP motor reducer, high-performance load and return rollers,
maintenance-free
• SILO-(50 TON )
Cement silo, armor type, capacity 50 TON with aeration system and guillotine-type gates.
• Twin cement screw conveyors, 9” in diameter, with 20 HP motor reducer.
• CEMENT BATCHER
Cement scale with a 3.5-ton capacity, aeration system, 8” pneumatic butterfly valve, and pneumatic vibrator.
• WATER SYSTEM
Tank-type water scale with a 4” discharge valve. 5 HP water pump and 3” diameter piping for dosing
Water pump for mixer truck service, including piping and valve installation.
Scales supported by compression-type load cells and electronic weight indicators.
• BATCH CONTROL SYSTEM
Independent dosing controls separate from the power panel (electric/pneumatic).
Single control cable with quick connector.
Fully wired electrical system with Siemens contactors and motor guards.
Fully enclosed, fan-cooled electric motors.
High-capacity solenoid valves integrated for improved operation and reduced air leakage; high-resistance
hoses, easy replacement, centralized panel with maintenance block for minimal upkeep
• AIR COMPRESSOR
15 HP air compressor with a 120-gallon.
• Tilt-and-carry chassis with kingpin for towing.
DUAL axle with dual R-24.5 tires and pneumatic brake system.
Hydraulic lift system for setup without a crane.
