Hopper(s): Three (3) 1/4" 5454-H32 Aluminum cones with 45° slope and three aerator kits with independent ball valves. One piece cones welded on the bottom of each hopper.
Product Valves: Three (3) 6" butterfly valve, steel body, cast iron disc and steel stem.
Discharge line: 4" aluminum pipe sch40 connected with cam style connectors. A sand discharge hose is attached from the third tee to the bumper level, a female coupler is included at end. Three (3) Steel bottom-drop BTI Sand hog 6"x4" Tee's.
Pressure control: 3" butterfly valve to regulate hot airflow to product discharge line
Check valves: Check valve in the hot air inlet line
Pluming: 3" inlet tubing in aluminum on curbside with ball valves to control aerators
Blow down line: (Top air) 3" alum line with 3" butterfly valve and mechanical relief valve. Top air line includes a 3" valve to relief tank air with a 3" exhaust directed to the ground.
Hose tube: Two (2) Aluminum 20ft hose tubes with lockable lids.
Axles: Two (2) 30,000 lbs. each, 102 in. wide, 77.5 in. track TP type with automatic slack adjuster.
Brakes: Air brakes with two boosters FMVSS-121, ABS 4S/2M Bendix anti-lock brake system.
Bumper: Foremed galvanized steel. DOT approved.
